1. Scope and responsible entity
This Privacy Policy describes how confirm legal entity and address handles personal information when people visit the Magpy website, request early access, or participate in the private beta. It does not cover third-party services that publish their own privacy notices.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may receive your name, work email, company, project stage, product idea and any other information you include in an early-access request or support conversation.
Product and technical information
If you enter the private beta, the service may process account identifiers, workspace activity, device and browser information, diagnostic events, integration settings and content you choose to place in a workspace. The production policy must identify the exact telemetry and cookies actually used.
3. How we use information
Subject to verification before launch, Magpy expects to use information to:
- respond to early-access and support requests;
- operate, secure and improve the website and beta service;
- understand which product ideas and workflows the beta should support;
- detect misuse, investigate incidents and maintain service integrity;
- meet legal obligations and enforce agreements.
Add the applicable legal bases for each purpose where required by law.
4. AI and model providers
Magpy is expected to use AI models to help analyze product ideas and assist with software creation. Before launch, this section must accurately identify which data may be sent to each model provider, whether provider-side retention is enabled, whether submitted data may be used for training, and which private or local-model options are available.
Do not publish a blanket “no training” or “data never leaves” statement until provider contracts and product behavior have been verified.
6. Retention and security
Retention periods should be defined by data category, customer instructions and legal obligations. Magpy intends to use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Add verified deletion timelines before publication.
